Please accept my apology for not addressing this issue much sooner.

Many of you have told me that you are taking a few herbs and a mineral product that contains trace minerals, which are needed for basic maintenance.

This is not enough nutrients and protection for optimal health! I repeat, this is not enough
nutrients and protection for optimal health!

If you are the type of person that sits in the house all day, on the couch or in a corner meditating, then you may be alright because you don't burn as much energy, yet there are consequences to even doing that. Lethargic behavior becomes the norm and you will lack energy to do various tasks.

More than likely, your schedule consist of high energy activities all day. You pick up the children from school, then go to dance school, basketball, football, little league baseball, track and cheer leading practice.

This is a high energy output and you could burn out quick if you are not pro-active in your nutritional intake. It will be similar to your body being there, yet your mind somewhere totally different. Sometimes you may feel like an empty vessel, operating on will power.

If you are serious about staying sexy and healthy, you go to the gym if you have the time or energy and we have not even touched on the work required in our professions and the physical, mental and emotional demands from our family.

What if you are single or dating? Do you have the energy to have an exciting night, after you have worked all day? Or are you tired, stressed and burned out? If you are not taking high quality nutrients and enough of them, then this is what will happen.

You need ample nutrition for your body's resistance, maintenance, protection and peak mental and physical performance. Just taking a few herbs (trace minerals) in small doses will not do it. As a matter of fact, observe the person that suggest taking only trace minerals or that tells you not to take whole food vitamins and minerals.

More than likely they could easily be Santa Claus with a huge pot belly or they could be a poster person for starvation because of their flaccid or waisted muslces. If you want high energy, you need a high amount of fuel.

It is really simple. Have you ever attempted to drive from one state to another on a quarter of a tank of gas? What happens to your vehicle when you continually run it without proper maintenance and upkeep? Either you have to pay large sums of money to have parts replaced or the car itself is replaced. I know that you are not a machine, yet your body requires high amounts of fuel for peak performance.

Just eating a few raw vegetables won't cut the mustard either. We can't compare ourselves to animals and their diet. Gorilla's eat like 50 pounds of bananas, have a tremendous bowel movement, rest and then relax. The Cow has 3 stomachs and thoroughly chews on pounds and pounds of grass or hay and they too have a tremendous bowel movement and then relaxes.

I have never seen a Cow or Gorilla work a 9-5 or run their own business, pick up the children and serve as their personal taxi cab driver, work-out, spend time with their significant other, eat dinner, give quality time to themselves, go to bed, wake-up and do it all over again.

Can you eat enough fruits and vegetables, organic or conventional, to give your body what it needs? Can you eat about 50 pounds of bananas like the Gorilla or stacks of hay and grass like the Cow? I'll tell you one thing, if you try, you will need plenty of ointment because your backend will take weeks to heal from overuse. Hey, why not have fun?

Back to being serious, your body needs ample antioxidants for protection in order to slow down free radicals. Even if you sit around the house all day on a couch, the chair or bed, your blood circulation is more than likely poor and therefore your energy would be low and so will your vibration.

On the other hand, if you are a person that likes to maintain or develop an attractive figure and exercises faithfully, you must replace the lost nutrients during your work-out in addition to keeping the free radicals in check that were created as a result of ample oxygen intake. It is the same concept as cutting an apple and then before your very eyes, the apple begins to turn brown.

This is called oxidation. The apple is loosing electrons and these electrons attach to other atoms causing further disruption until the apple ages to the point where it is no longer healthy to eat. This is a process termed free radicals and this is what happens to our body in the form of gray hair, alopecia, low energy, poor sex drive, low resistance and more.

I nor Holistic Perspective sells vitamins, so we are neutral in our assessment. What I have done is listed a few basic, yet foundational nutrients that I take and the exact company where I purchase them. You will not find them at this low price anywhere else.

You and everyone in your family should be taking at least these basic nutrients and trust me, this is not enough for peak performance. This is only the basics.

As you can see, I prefer liquids and powders. They provide your body with easy and quick assimilation and digestion and does not contain many of the binders and fillers in most products. I sincerely hope this helps and will be providing more research on quality nutrients in the near future.
