Stay True To Your Vision and Don't Lose Focus
Do you desire better health? How about optimal health? Believe it or not, this may be hard for some people to even imagine.
Have you or are you suffering from a health condition that you really want healed? Real health, not dealing with it by using medication.
Is this condition causing you discomfort, aches, pains, low energy, funky energy and a decreased quality of life?

I often hear people say that vegetarian food taste bland and nasty.
Well, this is true in alot of cases, yet have you ever tasted meat that did not have spices on it? Are you a raw meat eater?
Have you ever tried to eat a bag of potato chips without salt or other spices? How about drinking a soda or juice without sugar?
How about eating a candy bar without sugar and flavorings or eat a pint of ice cream without sugar? Oh yes, just try it.
Yes, it sounds crazy to eat foods without spices and condiments and it can be the same way for vegetarian food. So, if you truly desire to lose weight, have clearer skin, obtain a state of the art figure, pleasant breath and body oder and look so good that it makes your Moma do a 2nd look, gets your life partner excited and has you feeling so good, that you are floating, then don't lose focus. Stay true to your vision in all that you do by reflecting, observing, taking action and being thankful for the experiences.
Even if you were a "vegetarian", which today does not really represent the best of health because too many are consuming "vegetarian junk food" as well as engineered foods. Please, pay attention, go to any vegetarian pot luck today and you may find that they are eating just as many processed foods as the person that eats the traditional Standard American Diet (SAD). Can a food-like substance that is made in a manufacturing plant be any healthier than a box of Jiffy cornbread or a container of Pringles potato chips? Here is an experiment.
Dig a small hole in the ground, place one candy bar in the ground, then a non-spiced vegetarian hamburger in the next hole and then half of a raw carrot in the next hole and see what happens.
Here is a hint, nothing will grow from the vegetarian hamburger and not even insects will try to feed off of it. They can't even recognize it and may be one reason why you don't like bland "vegetarian food" as well.
Nothing will grow from the candy bar and the animals or insects that eat it, will get sick, just like you do when you eat it.

Why is this even important?
In addition to the masses, many "healthy" people today don't take the time to cleanse. You clean your car, even the wheels and your chrome spinners get more love than your poor body. You cut and wash your hair and if you have locks, you even give it the attention it needs. You iron and clean your clothes, the dishes, the rug, even the hard concrete floors get a little love. They are cleaned as well.
What is it about some of us where we find every excuse and reason not to cleanse our bodies? Are we just superficial externalized people or are your material objects truly worth more than your body, your mind and overall health?
Well, I would sure be interested in hearing what the person has to say about this that thinks their tires, car, clothes and floors are worth more than their body and mind. To be honest, I would be sort of hesitant to be around this type of person.
Do you know any people like this?
The ones that treat their bodies like a garbage can or dumpster, putting everything and anything in it without any regard and not even thoroughly cleaning it out every season.
Every season you may say is too much! Well, try not brushing your teeth for 1 day, 2 days, then 1 week, 2 weeks and after this, you are considered a lethal weapon whenever you speak. Can you imagine the plaque buildup on your teeth? You could knock Muhammad Ali out in his prime with one blow literally and even compete with skunks. Yes, sometimes it is that bad.
Some of us go 3 months, 6 months, 1 year and even more without cleansing the inside of our bodies. What kind of impacted waste do you think is in there as a result? And to be quite frank, if you don't properly clean the inside of your body, your breath is smelling rather aweful as a result of the clogged up sewer system in your body.
What happens to your car when you don't give it the proper oil changes or the motor gets dirty, it kicks out alot of smoke from the tail pipe, sometimes black smoke. What do you think happens when your body is toxic? What kind of energy are you kicking out?
Are you short tempered, easily irritated, angry, upset, anal and hard to be around? It is very very possible that you don't realize this, so as your humble and trusted advisor, I am hereby officially making you aware.

Whether you are a meat eater or vegetarian, there is still alot of room to grow. Cleansing the inside of your body is like cleaning the outside of your body and teeth. You need to eat cleansing foods and consume cleansing drinks throughout the day and enjoy internal cleanses on a seasonal basis and sometimes more frequently.
If you eat 3--6 times a day, hopefully you are brushing your teeth at least 2-3 times a day. Otherwise, no matter what your diet is, bacteria will set in and cause decay. It is the same concept with the inside of your body.
