The person on the Atkins Diet may lost weight, but their skin will be dull, the body odor not that great and their energy level not that high. This does not take into account the extremely dangerous and harmful long term effects of this type of dieting and the amount of overload on the liver to breakdown ample amounts of protein. We won't even talk about constipation. It seems as though many Americans are scared or uncomfortable with releasing backed up fecal matter from their bodies.
Take a look at the person that has eaten fruits and vegetables for 21-30 days. Their skin is shining, their body odor is pleasant, their energy level is high and their aura is radiant. A few of the long-term effects are
regular bowel movements, mental clarity, increased stamina and in many cases, the prevention of dis-ease.
Now why is it that doctors and big business do not promote a diet of eating fresh fruits and vegetables? I can't think of any natural food program that has received the attention of a fad diet similar to the Atkins Diet.
Could it be because of money? Does eating a natural healthy diet keep you out of the doctors office? Does it reduce medical billing? How about food companies? If you are eating what is natural, then there are less "food products" to create. Maybe I am wrong here. I thought that the Earth or nature produced foods, yet there are thousands of food products created every year.
