Do you remember when you were a very heavy meat eater?

Eating meat is more than likely all you thought about when food or meals came to mind, so your selection of foods were very limited. Even your surroundings, friends, family and stores
that you shopped at were constantly reinforcing the "have to eat meat" syndrome. This is simply what you could "see" or thought of in your mind.

As soon as you became aware of eating healthy and opening your mind to "see" other optioins, your environment changed and so did the options of health food that were always there, yet
you could not see them until your thought patterns changed, which resulted in "seeing" something different in your mind.

My dear friend Abuela, whom is an extremely attractive young lady with hordes of potential and greatness that has yet to be realized, had this experience in her life.

Known as one of the roughest, cruel and coldest cities in America. They don't call it "The Brick City" for nothing.... Abuela speaks of these experiences all the time, visualizing and keeping
them alive as though they just happened yesterday.

These experiences are like movie clips in her mind and like a vortex, what she "sees" in her mind is constantly manifesting in her life. From distrust and combativeness with men
to now distrust and combativeness with her son. From "seeing" herself as a victim of unfortunate circumstances and getting the short end of the stick to now not even having a stick to hold.
She is burned out just as many of you are today.

Abuela's thoughts, images and pictures in her head are unconsciously producing and directing a horror movie where she is the star and the only person with the authority to change the script.

Your mind is the most fertile ground that we know of.

If you plant watermelon seeds, then you will harvest watermelon. If you plant corn, then you will harvest corn.

If you plant the thoughts, images and pictures of your negative experiences and that of others in your mind, then you will "see" exactly that. You don't have to ignore the injustices taking place
today. What you must do is eradicate these behaviors with constant positive and proactive thoughts and action. Change the images that you see!
