LifeStyle Modification Guideline

First of all, I want to thank each and every one of you that embarks on this path. This is not a silver bullet, a one shot protocol that will give instant magical results. This is a lifestyle modification program, with ancient and modern principles merged that may allow your mind and body to heal from within by using the principles of sound judgement, science and nature.

Overstand that there are no original thoughts, that we all borrow from and amend the thoughts and actions of others. With that, it is important to give credit to the program that played a big part in the current paradigm we are embarking on. I submitted myself to a protocol given by Gary Null, PhD. that was tailored for a Hair and Skin Study. Although I did not stick to the entire protocol as necessary, the results were magnificent and worthy of embracing.

As with any protocol, such as the disciplines of science, philosophy, plant medicines, art, astrology, all showing there beginnings in ancient Afrikan Kemet, which is now modern day Arabic Egypt, we must recognize the origins, something rarely done in the West today. By not recognizing the source, this gives the impression that "we are all knowing", setting us up for failure due to our unhealthy egos.

Science practices from the ancients have been altered, added to and deleted from and in many cases because we are unaware, we totally miss out on the essence of these disciplines. This protocol will include ancient and modern practices, giving us the best of both worlds.

It is the same with outdated and tired practices from ancient times that no longer apply in today's environment. Again, missing out on a Holistic Perspective. With that in mind, let us embark on a journey that will be inclusive of all that can be of benefit to our well-being and not be afraid to change directions now and in life when necessary. We will understand the good, the bad and the ugly. Allowing study, instruction, suggestion, implementation and observance to be our guides. Our egos will be put to the side to allow the innate intelligence within to guide us.

During this process, I ask of you to please keep a daily journal. Note your weaknesses, strengths and challenges and revisit this journal when necessary to see how you have overcome these obstacles.

Let's begin a wonderful journey....


ELIMINATE MEATS including poultry, fish, beef, swordfish, catfish, shark or shellfish.
If you must eat fish, try salmon, trout, sea bass, snapper, fresh tuna.

SUGGESTIONS FOR COOKING FISH: saute, broiled, steamed or grilled.
you can add the following for flavor:
dill weed
onions, garlic, mushrooms
rosemary & lemon
organic tomato sauce
ground up nuts
olives
roasted red peppers
tamari
saute with vegetables
cayenne or Afrikan Bird Pepper

SUBSTITUTES

organic nuts, nut butters, seeds (eat only fresh organic peanuts and pistachios due to molds)
quinoa (a high protein grain)
mix grains with beans (cook beans with seaweeds or lemon to prevent gas)
protein shakes
ELMINIATE DAIRY including milk, yogurt, cheese, butter, ice cream, cream sauces and nothing with casein in the ingredients such as the many soy cheeses and "vegetarian" foods. A few non dairy milks are listed.

soy milk
nut milks: almond, hazelnut
oat milk
grain milks

ELIMINATE BUTTER, instead try:
coconut oi
almond oil
Earth Balance Spread or Spectrum Spread

ELIMINATE ICE CREAM
, instead try:
rice or soy cream without sugar (get creative. make smoothies by adding berries, nuts and bananas)
ELIMINATE CAFFIENE and ALCOHOL including chocolate, coffee, tea, wines, hard liquor, colas, sodas and replace with:
herbal teas such as green tea (not Black or oolong tea), gingko Mu tea, ginseng, twig tea, Japanese teas
ELIMINATE SUGAR & ARTIFICIAL SWEETENERS replace with
stevia powder, which alkalizes the body and does not raise blood sugar
agave nectar which comes from the cactus plant

TO REDUCE SUGAR CRAVINGS use chromium piccolinate and/or niacinamide and crushed ice with lemon juice
ELIMINATE CARBONATED DRINKS including sodas, seltzer and replace with:
reverse osmosis and distilled water
lemon water
fresh orange juice
iced herbal teas
ELIMINATE WHOLE WHEAT or white flour due to the gluten content and replace with:
sprouted whole grain such as Ezekial 4:9 and other sprouted breads
Manna bread
stay away from cakes, breads and cookies that are highly processed with sugars, wheat flour and white flour
ELIMINATE ALL NON-ORGANIC PRODUCE AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. Replace with:
potatoes
squash
sweet potatoes
yams
grains (no white rice: try amaranth quinoa)
beans
fruits
vegetables (frozen fruits and veggies are a good source such as blueberries. Frozen foods are often frozen shortly after they are harvested, preserving them as our immediate ancestors did.)

Be careful with nightshades that may be aggravate arthiritic conditions. Foods such as white potatoes, eggplant, peppers, raw tomatoes and tobacco)
ELIMINATE ALL FRIED & PROCESSED FOODS and replace with steamed, stir fried, sauteed, grilled,
broiled or baked foods. Oils that are more suitable for cooking are:
coconut
macademia for baking
mustard seed oil

OILS FOR SALADS and to ADD TO COOKED FOODS (while avoiding cooking at high temperatures)
safflower
seed oils such as sunflower, sesame & grape seed
avocado oil
nut oils such as almond, walnut, hazelnut and peanut
extra virgin cold pressed olive oil
flax seed oil or ground up flax seed oils that can be ground up with a simple coffee grinder
ELIMINATE ALL ARTIFICIAL FLAVORINGS, FOOD COLORINGS & PRESERVATIVES & replace with NON-IRRADIATED SPICES such as:
herbamare, which is a good vegetable salt. Tocomare is a spicy salt
organic wheat free soy sauces
seasame seeds, Gomasio (flax seed/sea salt combo/sesame
granulated dulse and other sea vegatables like kelp
make salad dressings with olive oil, lemons and spices and organic apple cider vinegar or balsamic vinegar
EAT HEALTHY SNACKS and be mindful of glycemic indexes if you are diabetic or hypoglycemic. Remember to use as treats and not as meal replacements or for daily consumption to nib on throughtout the day
organic air popped popcorn using olive oil or organic popcorn in a nut oil with garlic powder, cayenne pepper, curcumin, onion powder, sea salt, kelp, alfalfa powder, nutritional yeast. mmm mmm.......
non dairy ice creams with no sugar added
dates rolled in oat flour
plain unsweetened granola
baked soy chips
unsulfured dry fruits such as papya spears, pineapple and mango
healthy snack bars without any added white or brown processed sugar
organic nuts, seeds
carob snacks, raisins, carob chips

AVOID EATING FOODS WITH EXCESS ARICHIDONIC ACID PRODUCING CAPABILITY such as
french fries
pies
cakes
breads made with processed flours
avoid all deep fried foods

EAT MAIN COURSE MEALS IN THE DAY TIME preferrably between 12pm and 3pm when the small intestine "chi" energy is mist efficient as well as the Sun being at its apex to help us digest foods. Eating our largest meals during this time also gives us ample time to digest foods before retiring

EAT A LIGHT NUTRITIOUS BREAKFAST such as toast, unsweetened granola with warm rice milk, oatmeal, and a quality protein shake

EAT A LIGHT NUTRITIOUS DINNER with grains and dressing if you are hungry. BE CREATIVE!!!

EAT EASILY DIGESTIBLE FOODS IN THE EVENING such as non-dairy ice creams, green juices, soups and do not eat at least 2-4 hours before going to sleep

EAT IN SILENCE, AT PEACE or WHILE RELAXING. Our meals digest much better when we are calm rather than when we are emotionally charged, stressed or rushed. So, if you are rushing, WAIT and get to a place of calm.
If you are already juicing and taking concentrated chlorophyll powders, continue to do so. This part of the program will be added during the 3rd - 4th week.
This is the completion of STEP 1 during this process. Remember to ENJOY LIFE and STRIVE to THRIVE!!!
